For A Low-Effort Meal, Make This Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna

Text area that says "This Instant Pot Lazy Lasagna Is A Life-Saver, Quick & Easy, 21 Ingredients, 6 Servings," followed by Italian lasagna with minced meatFor this tasty dish, you will need ground beef, yellow onions, garlic, lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pasta sauce, and seasoning. I also like to add things like spinach, parsley, Italian seasoning, and even a little lime.

If you’d like to switch things up, you can use other types of meat, such as veal, pork, chicken, turkey, or Italian sausage. In some cases, even ground tofu or chopped eggplant will make for a great vegetarian substitute. The onions are optional, but you can always use red onions, Vidalia onions, or add scallions.

When it comes to cheese, this lasagna doesn’t muck around! So, you will need to have some options available. I like to use ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. You could try buying a pre-packaged Italian cheese mix, Swiss cheese, or Gouda cheese. The more cheese, the merrier!

You can choose any pasta sauce you like, or you can make your own. Try using fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, seasoning, and a little bit of heat by adding red pepper flakes. Or you can even use pre-packaged marinara sauce.

Overall, this lazy lasagna shouldn’t take more than an hour to create, but you won’t have to cook the entire time, as the instant pot does most of the work for you.
