For this recipe, you will need all-purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, ginger kombucha, and butter.

You can also substitute some of these if you need to. Try using things like whole wheat flour, almond flour, cake flour, brown sugar, honey, powdered sugar, baking soda, ginger powder, cinnamon, vegetable oil, and dark chocolate.

Ginger is a fantastic choice for kombucha. If you are still not sure, you should consider that ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory, as well as digestive. It has a bit of a kick to it, but nothing too overpowering.

As you already know, kombucha is also a great way to keep your digestive system healthy. Mixing ginger in only makes it even more powerful and beneficial. If you suffer from digestive issues, such as bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, or pain, then drinking kombucha is probably the best addition to your diet. Your gut will certainly appreciate it.

As you know, you need liquid to make brownies, which is usually water. So, why not use ginger kombucha instead? It is simple, but super satisfying.

All that is left to do is combine your dry ingredients in a bowl. I add my ginger kombucha slowly, mixing well. Once mixed, spoon the batter onto a cake or sheet pan.

Bake your brownies for about 30 minutes. The time may vary, so check on them with the toothpick test.

Enjoy on their own, with ice cream or sorbet, or a glass of milk.
