Make This Kombucha Marinated Tenderloin and Surprise Everyone at Home!

To prepare this dish, you will need pork tenderloin, kombucha tea, cumin powder, paprika, red onion, carrot, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
When you are ready to substitute some of these ingredients, feel free to add or swap whatever you want. Try using pork chops, chicken breast, turkey breast, chili powder, cinnamon, allspice, yellow onion, leeks, turnips, celery, and vegetable oil.
The first thing I like to do is mix my kombucha tea with spices. I use a large bowl, where I add the tea along with the cumin powder, paprika, red onion, carrot, salt, and pepper.
Once everything is mixed, you can add the pork to marinate. I do this for at least two hours, but you can also leave it overnight in a covered bowl in the fridge.
After your pork is marinated throughout, you can begin the cooking process. It usually takes me about two hours to cook this pork in the oven at 350 degrees F.
Serve this delicious kombucha marinated tenderloin with roasted vegetables and potatoes, couscous, or quinoa!
You could also leave the marinade ready in the fridge for a few days before using it and save time later. Be sure to use tea that you know is still good and has been fermented properly! Enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime dish with family and friends.
