To prepare these scones, you will need butter, all-purpose flour, salt, brown sugar, cranberries, and kombucha.

You can always try to substitute any of these when needed. Try going with things, like vegetable oil, whole wheat flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, honey, blueberries, raspberries, and green tea.

If you are not on the kombucha train yet, it is time to get on! Not only is this food super healthy, but it is also good for your gut. Kombucha is full of probiotics, which are microorganisms that our gastrointestinal tract needs to function. These can help digest and absorb nutrients more efficiently.

Even more, kombucha contains B vitamins and some electrolytes. It is virtually non-caloric too, which makes it a great addition in terms of flavor but not calories.

Finally, kombucha has many antioxidants. These compounds will help reduce inflammation and the damage that free radicals and toxins might do to your body. It is a good idea to drink kombucha often if you want to prevent diseases, including cancer and heart disease.

Be sure to prepare this dish and give your family a try of kombucha in a fun way! Adding cranberries also improves the nutrient profile, as these are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. You will end up with a delicious and extremely healthy treat for the whole family.

Serve them warm or chilled, with some homemade jam or preserves. You can even save them for a snack every day of the week, or to take with you to work or school!
